My theory is that stupid has always been around we just see more of it due to the social media. Sadly Americans love social media so all the stupids show up making all us smart Americans look dumb

Actually our current government was established June 21, 1788 when the constitution was ratified, not july 4 1776 when we issued the Declaration of Independence which stated why we superheated from the British
