would you be given a rough scottish accent or would you have to wait until the gods of the universe deem your rough scottish accent acceptable? i'd do it either way, but like is it my crappy rough scottish accent or is it automatic?

I think it implies that you are graced with it automatically

It's in a Scottish accent, it would be more like "ACH, WEE LAD/LASSIE, I BEN NEEDEN TA TELL YE SOMETEN, ACH, BY SAINT ANDREW, I LEIK YE. WAN' TO GO UP TE GLASGOW WIT ME?" (My best go at writing in a stereotypical Scottish brogue)
