On the inside or outside of your forearm? My husband has a big dragon that completely covers the inside of his right forearm and said certain parts hurts depending on how many needles were used for the shading and down on his wrist hurt like a bitch.

On the inside. I'm expecting it to hurt more than usual, since it's also going to be going over some scars.
