Hope this puts a stop to this half glass nonsense

The whole glass is full..half with water half with air...neither of which we can live without so equally important.

EXACTLY! I've been arguing this for YEARS!

Actually no, when the glass was first made it had no liquid in it, then liquid was put in and emptied then put back in. It is half full.

No this still supports a philosophical veiw, if you start from the bottem you'll see it as better but if you start from the top you'll see it as worse
