As a fan who's been there since red and blue I 100% agree. The games have been to easy. I remember the days of R&B and G&S when there were times you would have no idea what to do or where to go and you would actually have to spend time finding out what to do next. When the battles were actually difficult ! Witneys miltank for example. I haven't had a battle like that except with a legendary or the league champion. Try also need to bring back more memorable moments , such as climbing sky pillar to catch rayquaza or finally getting to the end of mt silver and fighting red. The game needs to challenge players like it use to . But I guess the fact they need to still sell the game and make money their main audience will always be new players. And I definitely agree with this generation giving up on a game and doing something else as soon as there are challenged or something is to hard.

Yeah exactly, that's my point. We would love them to make the new game easy enough for the younger players to understand but still hard enough to challenge the older players. Maybe they should add hard and easy modes
