Someone help me, my task manager keeps saying disk is being used 100% and my pc is slow...

what programs are open when it says it is running 100%? Also, have you ever defraged your hard drive and how old is your computer?

There's a tab called "processes" in the Task Manager. All the things listed there are processes.
