My grandparents have a Lori bird. He can be happy and friendly at times, but you can't put your hand in the cage without him biting

I have a story about this. While in PE (Sports) at school, a rainbow lorrikeet decided to land on peoples shoulders (completely unprovoked) while we were doing javelin. I thought it would be scared. I had the luck of it landing on someone close to me. I put my finger up to its feet and slowly pushed on it, forcing it to step up onto me. I asked the teacher what to do with it and he said "You are the bird whisperer" Eventually it got to management (basically fixing every problem that isn't IT)

Nature is where I get my inspiration from when I bead necklaces, bracelets and earrings. This picture is one hell of an inspiration. Thank you for posting.

I suspect (can't confirm) that they're so loud because the fruits and berries they consume have become fermented during the day's heat. Meaning the birds are basically drunk.

We have a flock of them that lives in the tree out the front of my house. They are so annoying, but really pretty.

I fed one of those. One jumped on my arm and later two fought on my shoulder for the food.
