No it's not, he's already said he's doing one for Apocalypse if not later ones. He's just not doing conventions anymore because he's ancient.

I know like the sheer will of doing a cameo in all the marvel movies is all that's keeping him alive at this point.

Well they can plan one with no information at all other than the fact that their making a movie in like 2587 and Stan lee would basically live forever

2020 is not the last year Marvel has planned. They are working on planning and mapping out Phase 4 of the MCU which will take it past 2020 and beyond.
