For most jobs, it easy to get in if you know someone who works there also. Make friends with everyone, it has its perks.

"Experience" usually means past internships as well as past jobs. Becoming an intern requires no experience, so that's often your best bet.

Then become an intern when you're in high school or college and still mooching off of your parents.
