I looked them up and I can't really get a clear answer on the matter. It would seem they originally closed in January 2014 due to a frozen pipe that burst.
One article says they lost their liquor license, another says the owner gave it up, a third says the owner surrendered it at the city's demand... I don't know.
They never did reopen. They are listed as permanently closed now.
I read that too man. I even read one article, where the owner said 'it's hard to get excited about reopening in a town that doesn't want you.' It was kinda sad.
At the same time, apparently the building was complete shit and that's why they were closed to begin with.
