*drools rainbow* i don't think i could eat it, it's perfect

It's a gelatin based liquid poured over the cake to give it a glossy, marbled look. I wouldn't imagine it tastes very good, though.

It probably doesn't unless the person making it adds a flavor, kind of like with fondant
