Baking horse cookies

They did use the cookie cutter. They also used a premade store bought dough and this is why the horse/unicorn spread and flattened during baking. To avoid this, make a homemade sugar cookie dough

Or just roll the dough out thinner.

Or just make a sheet of cookies then cut the shape into it
