The girls are soroital twins (I've probably spelt that wrong but oh well) and the boys will be fraternal twins. Same egg fertilised by two sperm and then the egg splits as opposed to one egg being fertilised by one sperm and then splitting.
No, they both fraternal twin. Two eggs fertilized by 2 sperm. From the same man. Fraternal and soroital are actually the exact same thing, the later is just an informal way of address the former in the case of females

Ah I see, I got it slightly wrong then. 2 eggs and 2 sperm from the same bloke. Apparently Mary Kate & Ashley are soroital twins and aren't identical.
I'm guessing one parent is white and the other parent is half white, half black. The twin on the left inherited the recessive genes for pale skin, straight hair, etc. from both parents, while the twin on the right inherited dominant genes for black, curly hair and darker skin from the biracial parent.
