This should be a thing at every single restaurant in the world

I feel that might be unfair. An "outburst" might be better handled with responsible or well-prepared parents, but no one should blame the parents every time a kid has a tantrum or accidentally does something wrong, it's just part of growing up.

I see it more like rewarding good parenting. (There are exceptions of course like autism. Not parents fault but other than that, Good!)

Well in general parents HAVE to spend a lot of money compared to no kids couples so it is a nice break for them
