I 90% agree with you. The other 10% is when I was in the Army and unable to add layers due to uniform restrictions. In that case I way preferred being hot over being cold. At least the heat you can get used too faster and you can sweat to cool yourself off.

I perfer the heat, its been averaging 15 degrees and i think thats too cold. Cant wait for summer. #Stralia
