No. Because if it's B that's only one answer and that would make it 25% which would mean either A or D is right, but that would make the odds 50% and B, which I've already disproven.

If it's A, then it's also B. We all know C isn't the answer, and you can't have two answers so A and B are out...What does that leave us with?

It's both A and D because you will get a 25% because there are four answers and you only guess one so you divide 4 by 4 and that gets you .25 = 25%
