People keep saying this, but nothing is changing. I think we have lost the meaning of offense at some point and we have collectively decided that a difference in opinion is an offense. When, in my opinion, to really be offended means the other person must be intentionally be trying to invoke the emotion of anger or offense. Anything else is either ignorance, or just another point of view.
The definition of what is intentionally offensive has changed. Now if I walk out of a store and realize I was shorted $1 in my change it used to be socially acceptable to say "I was gyped", now that is an offensive term.

Why are you complaining. What is it that you want to say? Who is stopping you from saying that? And how?
