He wouldn't die, he'd just be defamed/disapeared.
Did you know that Bill Clinton had meetings with the FBI's people during the investigation?
I'd bet Hillary's life that those meeting are a part of the reason she isn't rotting in a cell.
The Clintons have been getting away with screwing people over since before most of Hillary's supporters were born.
Yes, of course she has. Bill Clinton is secretly yet *another* Muslim agent of Satan. and he managed to terrify the CIA, DOJ and FBI with his charisma.
Would you like to join the 21st century, where adults and people who don't smoke the kool-aid tend to live?
As someone who isn't American I honestly do not understand why everyone believes she should be charged. What laws exactly did she break? What they did was definitely wrong, but I don't see what grounds there are for her to be thrown in jail. I hope this isn't insensitive to ask/voice my opinion on not being American but I'm just genuinely curious.
She attempted to cover up her involvement in an incident that got Americans and allies killed. The emails she got rid of may have exposed a whole lot of dirty laundry, and the fact that they were on an unsecure server makes it far more likely that they were intercepted by the enemy. Not to mention, it tells us that she was trying to hide something.
In essence, she's a liar, an accessory to terror, and she compromised secrets that may have been important politically and militarily.
As much as what @famousone said sounds like Alex Jones level conspiracy bullshit, it's true.
Beyond Bengazi, Tailhook, the countless people that got in the Clinton's way and vanished, the lies and flip flops... as Secretary of State, she had a private email server set up, through which not only her personal correspondence was routed, her official government correspondence was also routed. This server did not have encryption and security that met government requirements.
Having allowed the possibility of secure information to have been compromised, whether it was or not, is a violation of about a half dozen sections of USC Title 18.
While the FBI may have thrown their hands up, the State Department has reopened their investigation.
As someone who isn't American I am genuinely confused why some people want her for president after all she's accused for? I'm sorry if I offend anyone, I just really can't understand why.
Hahahaha - I call shenanigans on this entire conversation. A guest mysteriously shows up and asks about the Clintons and, as if on cue, a pair of sad little monkeys show up to accuse Hillary of something that not even the collected forces of the CIA, FBI, DOJ or the super-concentrated efforts of Congress failed to do. But of course, these two contributors know the truth, having listened to Alex Jones' rants about government takeovers of Texas and birther scandals and other nonsense.
The truth is, America is divided by those who think that the USA should be dismantled and put together in a way that services an Ayn-Rand, 'Atlas Shrugged' sort of view, whereas the rest of us are actually sane. The latter sees that the there are problems, but instead are trying to fix them - not by (incorrectly) telling people who's to blame for their woes - but by working with the tools and examples that they have from an interconnected world to make a better America.
Nooooo , it was a trap it really wasn't a guest it was part of her organization whoever answered that question correctly will be suicided with two shotgun blast to the back of the head
I'm a concerned citizen who is curious, fairly well informed and a skeptical independent free thinker.
I also just happen to know how sensitive information is classified and what the repercussions are if you are at fault if you compromise it... and you call shenanigans? Get stuffed. Not everything is a conspiracy.
Hillary has violated federal law concerning INFOSEC and should not be allowed to run.
Donald has made statements that to my understanding were supposed to bar him from running.
America is at a crossroads and neither path is appealing.
Don't forget her pay to play scandal with UBS and the Russian metals company. @smitty, what did The Donald say that disqualified him? I have not heard that before.
His statements concerning enacting a ban on the immigration of specific religions to the US undermines national security and goes against the Constitution.
It is so morally inflamatory, the White House Press secretary released a statement on the matter.
I'm guessing that the armchair lawyers are all quite confident that they are smarter than the Department of Justice, the Central Intelligence Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation - literally hundreds of thousands of of employees (many of which who hate Clinton). And yet they couldn't find proof of a crime. Frankly, their experience, training and proximity to the matters makes your silly opinions seem about as tanglible and important as a fart on a mountaintop.
Hillary Clinton also ran a "pay to play" scheme while Secretary of State. In order to get access to her as SecState or to the State Department, foreigners and foreign governments had to make "donations" to the Clinton Foundation. That's one of the reasons it went up 100 fold in about ten years. Also, people want to see the texts of the speeches she gave to banks for which they paid her hundreds of thousands of dollars (per speech!) but she won't release the content.
For the posters who think that this is ridiculous because the FBI and other investigative departments haven't convicted her yet, do you also believe that powerful bankers or hedge fund managers can't buy or bully their way out of trouble? There are a lot of people whose illicit gains will stop when the Clinton machine is no longer in power, and maybe worse for them, their actions could be uncovered. All the US's resources never convicted Al Capone of mob activities or racketeering; they only ever got him on tax evasion

I will not be made a strawman.
