Can I just talk for a second about how amazing technology is? Like the non edited pic is, well, real life. The edited one, though, is way more colorful. Like, why is the animated world more lifelike than real life?

Because to us the animated world is a lovely lie, while the real world is an ugly truth. Upvote to the one who knows what i am quoting;-)

The non-edited pic is not real life, it's a photo taken presumably by a cheaper camera than those used for multi million dollar films.
