No, It says that in the tiny fine print on the bottom left. And personally 130 seems like a good weight to me. My mom was 130 and she had a good body. Not in a weird way.
Yea, I was hated on by some of the girls when I was little. I was bullied for a long time, I had to start fighting back. When I fought back of course I'd get into trouble, even though I didn't start it. If I tried to ignore it it would just get worse. Haters gonna hate, potatoes gonna potate! I'm obviously just a potato :(
What a load of crap. As if you need to burn every calory you consume. You get 2000 everyday (or 2500 if you're a man), and you are allowed to shape those in anyway you want. Be it soda or vitamin water. If you go over, you gain weight, if you stay under, you lose some. It's as easy as that. No need to go diet crazy.
you do realise most foods listed here are much lower in calories than stated and also you burn quite a lot of calories in a day automatically so it's ok to eat these foods as long as you stay within your recommended calorie intake
It is worth noting that every single movement made, even while resting, burns calories.
