Clickbait is when someone makes a headline like "dentists hate this woman! Read to find out why" so that you'll be intrigued (otherwise known as "take the bait") and click on it. Hope that made sense!
Flappers in this instance refers to young western girls in the roaring twenties. Flappers typically wore their hair in short styles, with short skirts or baggy, occasionally shapeless dresses on a typically thin, boyish figure. Their primary goal was to express their distaste for anything socially acceptable - these women drank, smoked, drove, listened to jazz, and addressed sex in a very casual manner - and of course, it was seen as quite shocking for a woman to behave in such a manner, (considering it was the 20's!)
