Some species of seals are but seals all together are not.

Possibly a rural farm near the ocean line + high/low tides? The seal could have washed up there.

I've never seen a seal, but I can feel it's problem being stuck in watery mud. It's so out of their natural habitat. Thank God there were 30 cows around to salvage whatever there was to salvage. Seals are cute, though.

It's hilarious that there's a seal hospital. I'm picturing it in the middle of seal town with a seal ambulance and seal doctors and nurses.
