Part of the problem is people never leave Paris. That would be like thinking all Americans are like New Yorker's (no offense intended) We you leave the city, people are more friendly.... but I laughed all the same
It's true that Paris is very different than where I live (Franche-Comté), and in fact most of France. To say Parisians are what all french people are is not true. But aren't we stereotyping too, by saying Parisians are a way or another? There's diversity everywhere.
Yes, but in New York, which is a very diverse city, people all share the "New York" culture due to their environment...or in the case of this post the Paris culture.
