Most little babies have little baby fat rolls in their arms and legs! They have dimples where you're bony. Just look at a little baby's knuckles. They don't stay that way and it's not because their parents indulge them, it's because they're cute little babies!!!!

There's a difference between regular chubby and fat. I misspoke earlier. That baby is fat. There's plenty in between that and skinny.
