Doesn't really matter. With psychiatry being a medical profession, she would have to have some basic knowledge of anatomy, otherwise she wouldn't meet the requirements needed to get her degree. We can assume that she probably knows what she's doing more than everyone else in the room.
psychiatrists still have to go throgh their 4yrs of medical school like everyone else. they get to declare their specialties after their md and specialize from that point on during internship years and considering you dont need a surgery specialty to do autopsies shell probably be fine.
