Nope...that is my day. Alarm goes off at 5.30am. Work from 8am - 5pm then go home, walk the dog, have tea, craft and then in b3d by around 10.30pm. Still takes me ages to nod off. My wife on the other hand is asleep in minutes and doesn't work!!!
I've had insomnia since fifth grade and going to sleep every night is a challenge. I usually drink a glass of water before bed, and then do a few stretches to feel a bit more relaxed. It works for me
