if it was plugged in she would not be able to hold that for long enough for someone to take a picture, I've touched one of those by accident before and it instantly burned and dried the skin off of the place it touched. even if she barley plugged it in she would be burning her hands by the time the pic was taken because although it takes a while for it to get hot enough to melt the solder it gets hot to the point that it'll burn your hand within seconds
