If I remember correctly, certain animals organs don't deteriorate with age, but diseases and physical trauma can still kill them.

Wait wouldn't that mean that there are giant lobsters and jellyfish at sea? Animals stop growing when they die right?(or am i wrong)

At some point, the lobster's shell becomes too large and the molting process kills it.

Certain jellyfish can like rebirth themselves so they are young again... Ocean creatures Mann.... not sure about the lobster though
