If that's what he's worth to his employer and people are willing to pay the employer enough to support his salary it doesn't really matter what you think. You don't get to decide that someone makes to much.

A player's value nowadays does not depend on his abilities but the amount of money he will generate from shirts and tickets sales.
Except it can't though. The money comes from the football club itself, not the government. And the remainder of the money has to be used on salaries and maintenance.
Yea it's not like your taxes are going into these players, the clubs are basically businesses. It's like being mad at Pepsi for using millions of dollar to create cans of Pepsi when the money could go to people that actually need it.
The thing is that if you are jealous of the amount of money he makes then why don't you just follow in his footsteps and find something you love and find a way to make money out of it. If you're good at something then you'll get rewarded for it.
