Okay I hate to be this person but as someone who has lost over 100lbs this girl like 95% had to have had surgery after loosing that amount of weight to look like that. Which it totally cool and fine but I want people to know that loosing that amount of weight usually leaves you with a lot of extra skin, sagging boobs and butt and nothing will fix any of that if you don't get it lifted/removed. But congrats on the weight loss if that's you!

Not if you lose the weight slowly and in a healthy manner. Weight loss like that could take years but you wouldn't have the saggy skin because your body would have time to adjust. People who drop that kind of weight in a few months would definitely have some saggage (yeah just invented that word :D)

What if I told you you can get in shape and not take mirror selfies?

What if I told you that it's healthy to boost your self-esteem in some cases, and that it's healthy to feel proud enough about yourself to the point where you take mirror selfies?

What if I told you pride goeth before a fall? Or, in this case, a mirror selfie.

what if I told you that maybe she posted the picture/s to show people that not giving up results in a great outcome? y'know. for inspiration.

What if I told you that that's common knowledge, and a dubious reason to post pictures of yourself on social media?
