Just because us germans have a nazi base on the moon where we ride our dinosaurs, doesn't mean they speak german, you useless paperclip.

Sounds possible but why German

Well, if we have a basic undertanding of what their throat and nasal cavities and their mouth, we can tell what sounds they are capable of making. Then there is the part where we realize they are similiar to birds and then what do we get? Pigeon noises.
