I'm not sure how the hiring process works, but if I was a store manager and if I was the only one making hiring decisions I would hire because I'm straight out of fucks to give.

i wouldn't hire him, because i know he wouldn't be taking the job seriously. if i can't expect professionalism at the one point that counts how would i expect it on the job.
