Hell naw, I'm an idiot, even though I could theroetically put it together, i've no idea where to put the parts or in any specific order

It's a little more involved than that. I'm saying it's difficult, but getting the right parts, putting things together correctly, and sorting out any problems is more involved than a child's toy.

The parts are simple, just much more delicate

Not rlly, just plugging in the power supply into the motherboard took me a good fourty five minutes to an hour. Although there are some pieces that are simple it can take a day or two to get a whole build finished.

And that's not counting the amount of research it takes to figure out which components go with which.

That's what I thought. I'd love to be able to decipher which motherboard is best suited to my needs and the price range I should stick to but I can't. I figured that when I had those parts, it'd be sort of easy to put together.

Dual PS/2 ports, dual serial ports, a parallel port and even a joystick/MIDI port! Smokin...

I have read so many stories about people forcefully shoving things into an HDMI port that do not belong there. I kinda scoff when they say this about BUILDING a computer, but just plugging the cables into the back is just...A fucking blind person could do it.
