y'all okay. i live like 5 minutes from this library and it's taken for granted so much. our school sent us here for a flex day and all the idiots of the class were complaining and i was like "GUYS. APPRECIATE IT" it's actually really cool and if you every visit mcallen, i suggest you come to the library (so proud of my little city)

I've been there once on the fourth of July last summer for a US missions trip it was really hot. We also went into Reynosa. I've never seen a 4th of July party, and it's very patriotic!

The library also supports local artists, there's a gallery in the lobby which always displays amazing painting series.
