I type a comment and hit submit, the screen says something to the effect of "post unsuccessful" I forget the actual wording, I retype and hit post comment again and suddenly they're both on the screen.
-Kind of a drag to be on a secretary's salary and have to pay the insurance on a Jag. A Buick would've been better, and spends a LOT less time in the shop.
-Genghis Khan may appreciate bravery, but for generals, don't you want someone tactically minded rather than just brave?
-3% of $2.3B is still >$60 million, so don't cry for Paris Hilton.
-Yes, metal items can pick up radio waves if the station is powerful enough, it's close enough, and it's AM (Amplitude Modulation). When AM first started, some people thought they heard voices, that turned out to be radio signals picked up on fillings. Radio waves are like light in one way, but like sound waves as well. So, if a metal object has the right length compared to the radio frequency's quarter wave length, it can induce vibration.
