The typical countertop microwave oven is about 18 cm tall. The buttons on a microwave are about 1 to 1.5 cm in height. Comparing the little arm to the buttons I conclude that this is at best a CENTIwave.
That being said, microwave ovens (and indeed the so called "microwave" band of the electromagnetic spectrum) are terribly misnamed. The so called "microwave" portion of the spectrum is defined (in the most inclusive definition) as the wavelengths between 100 cm and 0.1 cm (300 MHz to 300 GHz), the micro prefix doesn't come into play at all.
