I can't stress this enough

Great, even more to stress over. What if I get food poisoning? What if I choke? What if I drop it before I get to eat it???

I am in my early 20s and I can confirm I've never felt like this before: anxious, clueless, emotional, with a pinch of avoidant personality disorder. It's weird, though, because I was so happy in high school. Well, they say it gets way better. Even though sometimes I have plenty of doubts, I decided to believe that "the pain that you've been feeling can't compare to the joy that's coming" (cit.). So let's try and see what happens!
