"It is not the strongest that survive, nor the most inrelligent, but the one most responsive to change" Charles Darwin, perhaps these industries need to respond to the change rather than complain about it.
I saw a version of this post where people pointed out how much water is wasted maintaining golf courses and how bad they are for the environment. Let's keep killing the golf industry guys
I can only put so much aggression into popping a bubble though. And popping an air bubble is nowhere neat as satisfying as hitting a ball. It would be like harshly poking someone you hate rather than punching them
Are millennials killing everything? Idk. We didnt raise ourselves

... kinda did. many of the parents just left you in your room to raise yourselves. less and less parents are engaging in their kids lives. and notgiving them the most basic skills to survive.
New idea for millennials: LASER GOLF.
Everything is neon and in the dark, like laser tag. However, it's also like dodgeball, except everyone stands still and has to hit others with (soft) golf balls! Obstacles can be added (neon or shrouded in darkness), but must be equal for everyone. Last man (or team) standing without getting hit wins.

that is because millennials are more lazy, high and connected digitally. they don't have as much urge to go out and interact socially, well unless they are rioting. in a world where you can do everything from your bed, do you really expect people who knew nothing outside this world to do any different? i remember the articles about how young adults are not just not getting their driver license, but also care little to get them in the future. they'd rather just uber to their destination. they just don't care about being self reliant and socially active.
1. Students are studying more hours per day, and advancing higher in academics. People working 2 jobs, and households having 2 working persons, are getting more common. Working overtime, at home, and during weekends are the norms. The idea of retirement at 50 or 60 is no longer a thing. How's that lazier?
2. There is less need to go out to interact. It is not the cause of laziness.
3. Access to information is way higher than what is used to be and is still increasing rapidly. In a world where many are addicted to consuming information, I'll bet that millennials are no more ignorant than their predecessors.
4. Owning a car is becoming more expensive; at least in areas outside USA. Using Uber is much cheaper than a car.
5. Being self reliant and socially active are pleasant circumstances. I find it hard to believe they do not want it. In a world of increasingly higher competition, interdependence is no longer an advantage but a necessity to many,

i meant my post with... some love. honestly we are in a different world where people don't get out and do things like they used to. where in the past we went out and did physical activity for fun, we now go and play on our game systems. instead of physical social interactions we are texting on our phones. it isn't a world that deem these things anymore. but 1) when our school system is failing compared to the rest of the world, is that an accomplishment. we were once leaders. 2) we have more people on welfare and unemployment, where some bust their butts it isn't the norm. 3) true, it is still lazy to stay home even if there is no need to. 4) only if you don't go out much. 5) agreed. the problem we both have, we are comparing the worse to the best of the millennials. we gave them a world that is different that the one 15 years ago. they use it as needed and it is to easy of a world. is that ease a good thing? who knows.
Like it always does.
And I go to the movies so much that the employees there know me
