Idk where you're from, but in Texas I've been to decently fancy restaurants ($100+ per person) with booths

haha you know poster doesn't get out much considering the fact that poster doesn't even know higher end restaurants have booths as well.

Haha, in Europe, in the 10+ countries I've been to you have these socalled "American" styled places, and I count Mac, BK and KFC among those, and they're about the only ones to have booths. It's a cultural thing.
