If lactose intolerant people want to kill themselves can they binge on ice cream and shit to death??

They don't die I they just get super gassy and awful upset stomach. They lack an enzyme to break down lactose so they can take pills to have the enzyme to break it down.

I know how it works (my nan is lactose intolerant) but thanks for the info :)
