Wasn't that argument shot down as something like since Jesus (if he ever existed that is) was from Israel (an ally and not part of the ban) he could come to the us?
Scholars agree that Jesus existed, however there is a lot of debate as to wheather he was a messiah, a prophet or a crackpot.

There's records of him that show he existed, but he had lived in the middle east.
Actually the only reason so many people view him as white is because a renaissance artist painted himself, then passed it off as Jesus.
Jesus was born in Bethlehem, Palestine. He would definitely be banned from travel to the US. That is probably why the US does not recognize Palestine as a self-governing State ;)
It's socially acceptable to bash Christians, according to a recent CBS poll 66% of democrats think we are more violent than Muslims. The Christian State of America and Europe is violently rampaging across two or three continents.
All fucking day you have been following me and downvoting me.

I have better things to do than follow you, I just keep up to date with the comment sections in which i follow.
Separation of church and state is from the constitution.
"The first amendment to the US Constitution states "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" The two parts, known as the "establishment clause" and the "free exercise clause" respectively, form the textual basis for the Supreme Court's interpretations ..."

Wait so that would mean if a Muslim were to be part of congress or the supreme court, he/she would not be able to do anything regarding their religion. That would be rich.

And that matters why exactly?
All its saying is you can't implement laws revolving around your religious beliefs

Islam is one of the strictest religions out there. In South Africa we have a lot of them in our big cities or big towns. They are extremely strict, in fact idk how many times my mates have seen western news display someone as muslim and my mates down here have outed them as not true muslims. For instance, there's that feminist muslim icon from that woman's protest? My mates straight said her ideas do not fit with Islam. So just imagine if an actual muslim stepped up and had to work in those positions.
The establishment clause does not mean that elected officials cannot make laws that align with their faith. The establishment clause is an effort to curtail the formation of a national religion (i.e. The Church of England or the Anglican Church of Virginia). It was never intended to make every government employee check their religion at the door, be they Baptist, Muslim, Pastafarian, or Catholic.
Ohhh, that happens sometimes. Too bad, she actually seemed like she was willing to learn something new rather than just rage. We lose more users to stupid arguments.
There was a lot of crazy back and forth between her and og and grimreaper and she started deleting comments again, which only fueled the fun until she checked out. I don't know why some of the post is here but the good stuff is missing.
Now that I think about it it wasn't the pro life post. That was going from earlier yesterday. She posted this one like midnight or so (Eastern US) last night and it took off like a brush fire. The whole post is gone. I should have screenshotted it.
Maybe but she did start the whole thing being confrontational and just kept going. It looked like she was in a fighting mood right from the off with that post.
