No. I was in a situation like this last week

I have books in my car for this reason (and other reasons, too).

Old lady did that to me at a Tim Horton's on Friday. I wanted to stop and read a book but unfortunately I was running late for a meeting.

When people tailgate me, I put on the cruise and gradually slow down every five to ten seconds to see how long it takes for them to go around me. I haven't had to slow to a full stop, but don't you dare think I won't. Nobody will out-stubborn me.
