Anger is motivation. It burns in you and acts as fuel to improve yourself and tear down whatever it is that earned your ire.

Not really, Anger will fog up your senses and you won't be able to think in a rational way. Fear can be used as motivation but anger will stand in your way. so forgive and improve yourself at all times ;)

No it's like strapping on a suicide vest with a busted timer so all you can do is stay near whoever you want to blow up and hope you blow up when they're around otherwise it's just you and the extras that get hurt.

I thought this quote was different. I thought it was holding on to a grudge, not anger, which makes more sense. Anger would definitely hurt the person you are angry at, but refusing to forgive and holding on to a grudge just kind of hurts yourself.
