Heavy rains affected cow milk production, and they ran out of butter and went into 'smør-panik'. (Butter panic). It was horrible, because butter is very important and people were selling it for ridiculous fees. Around 300 NOK, or 50 dollars.

I imagine butter panic in Norway would be like rice panic in Asia?
