They're called Otter Pops here. Zooper Dooper makes them sound a little...naughty. XD

I used to break up my Otter Pops so it was all juice, carefully suck out all the icy-slush chunks left over, then have all of the sweet elixir the world could provide.

This is so accurate. Did anyone else suck at the juice out of the frozen broken bits until they were just barely tinted ice? And then eat the ice?
