If I ever get a divorce, my spouse can have everything, the house, the cars, just as long as I get some custody of my kids. Everything else is replaceable.

Isn't the ex wife a jerk? instead of reaching a compromise and handling the situation by dividing the assets 50/50(which she most likely would've gotten alot more given the size of the land) she decided to win and keep the house which the results can be seen on the picture above.
But without enough context, both husband and wife's are jerks.
