That's actually a normal characteristic of the peak in the economic cycle... soon enough not being able to hire more people amongst other things is what keeps the cycle moving and takes it to the next stage
If Denmark wanted to hire more qualified people, they would have to pay them loads and it would cause inflation which would cause then the Danish economy to pass through a recession
What? The trade schools are empty, people are paying to go to college to get 40k jobs and we cannot find skilled tradesmen to pay 50-80k because work is hard.
There's two ends of a spectrum.... panther, could you give me an example of some of these jobs that we have plenty of qualified people to fill but no openings?
Lots of areas are desperate for skilled labor, because being a skilled tradesperson is looked down upon by the people who consider themselves to be "the Elite" and because nobody wants to get their hands dirty.
Unless they do something soon, it's gonna get a lot worse, the skilled peopl who could train the ones who want to learn aren't getting any younger.
