But wasn't it like this on all the Star Treks? Like if an enemy ship fired on the Enterprise they all fall about and the camera shakes?

But it's not just exclusive to the original series. It happens a LOT on Next Generation and Deep Space Nine (I dunno about Voyager or Enterprise cus I've not got that far yet, only on series 2 of DSN)

Lol ermm...I dunno. I quite like Dax (but that's probably because I think she's soooo pretty <3) but I've come to like Quark. Which is weird cus I despise the Ferengi but they're a funny bunch. Just got past the episode where the female Ferengi Pel takes her ears off lol I feel bad for the Ferengi females tho. Such a sad existence.
