My pilot needs more training

It is. When I used to do ballet, we once had to go in pairs, one laying, the other one holding her head up, just so that we could experience how heavy they are.

Actually, the brain itself weighs about 3 pounds. With bones and muscle and stuff, the adultish (teenage to adult) human head weighs around 10 pounds. It's probably really interesting to hold people's heads up like that, gives you a cool appreciation for our neck strength.
