It's purely psychological. A combination of proximity and conditioning.

I always have to pee right when I get on my computer

The bladder is the best proximity sensor... It knows when you are getting close to your destination... ;-)

Because they movement associated with it makes your heart pump faster combined with the psychological association of doors with bathrooms it also happens when you are feeling tired and you get closer to a door and you feel more tired.
